★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of RBD Stillwater is a very bad. None of the basic infrastructure in this project work properly. The reason for all this complete mess is the builders inefficiency and insolent attitude. Though he claims their homes being world class, but the reality of those claims can be seen by looking at the homes and community complaints.
Most of the houses near the lake suffer from severe seepage. In many home, there is dampness from 6-9 feet on the wall. The builder has neither the will nor the competence to address such seepage. It is quite common to have paint and plaster from these wall to fall.
Generator power backup here often does not work. And instead of working on its complaints, RBD's owner and its CEO says to install the inverter. Totally insensitive attitude.
Internet also often does not work here. The builder wants his control over the internet so that he can take "services charges" on it from the residents. This costs another 300-400 Rs every month over the ISP bill for the broadband. it does not provide any additional benefit, costs more for residents but RBD's CEO likes it because he uses it to arm-twist residents in case of any dispute by disconnecting their internet connection.
Here the builder has maintained a separate private clubhouse and at the moment when the covid situation running since 2020, even for this time he demands for payment of full charges and threatens internet and services if it is disputed. Although he himself have either reduced the staff or made short payment to them, while raising invoices of full charges. This shows the ill intents of the owner to make these small bucks.
Do not trust this builder RBD at all. Do not waste your hard earned money on any of the RBD project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The developer of this project is one of really bad one in Bangalore. Don't trust their any project. The entire management is very corrupt. They have cheated the residents at this first project with very substandard operation and infra structure.
Generator backup here is a joke, many a time power backup does not work for 20-30 minutes almost every week few times. Its owners response is buy a Inverter for your home if you want reliability of backup.
They have barely laid all the electricity and fibre wires for internet connectivity in the soil with no covering. Due to rampant construction, every few days some worker will damage the internet fibre by mistake and broadband connectivity goes for a toss. An accident is just waiting to happen if this digging ends up touching the electrical cables.
STP water supplied to flush tanks gets contaminated every few week due to leakage in its pipe. Imagine this water contaminating potable water line. RBD Owner does not even take it seriously and jokes that entire India has these problems so why do you complain.
Sport and park facilities are so poorly handled, that a pole fell on a boy while playing in the football field, causing sever injury with many stiches. Imagine such callous attitude.
Avoid any project of this builder RBD, if you want peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a resident here. Too many stray cats inside the society littering here and there, due to which you cannot keep any dustbin outside. There is no proper cleanliness maintenaned. The house keeping stuffs are very rude. If you ask once the house keeping stuff to come and collect the garbage in case if you missed to give it on a particular time. The supervisor will come to your house and fight like a roadside fellow. No respect for the residents. I don't know for what we are paying the maintenance? For this kind of behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property with an intent to buy a villa with a budget of 3 crores. I called the sales person, and one MR. Manish picked the call. I don't know if he is owner of entire property, but he behaved like one. Even if he is owner, I don't care. Customers need to be respected. When I asked him if there are any available inventory and he rudely replied, you can goto villa so and so and it is open only, and if you want to meet me come to marketing office. Wow! What a response for a prospective customer. The property itself does not have a proper entry plaza and it looks like a cheap entrance. The main road leading up to villas and apartments seems to be of 25 feet width and 2 cars can't go at same time smoothly. The side roads to villas looks like 20 feet width.They used every nook and corner of the place and created small huts like space!! The high tension runs in the middle of the villa project, I don't know how the builder sold all the villas with such pathetic sales team.
Finally, after seeing the villa I realized why the sales person was not interested. Even if it's for rent, I don't choose that unit. And that arrogant executive was asking us to go upstairs in a stair which has the scaffolding done. Hey dude! If you are reading this review, know how to treat your customers. Your villa is not something I wanted to bend and risk my life. Fix your attitude. I wanted to finally tell him that I live in a better place. The most of the money you spend goes into pockets of rude sales person like MANISH!
