★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything looks good till the possession. Once start living here (for almost 4 months)
I started feeling poor build quality; the doors, inner walls, outer walls and common walls.. the plumbing and drainage is the worst.
Electricity, till now, no proper individually meter.
Excpet gym & children play area, Some Eminities were provided just as name sake and remaining not at all provided.
Most of the things here feels like a temporary setup (like cinema-set), the drainage, parking, plumbing, function hall, etc.
If you ask the builder about the same, you wont get proper response.. even heard from my neighbors as the builder not caring anymore for the Eminities & to resolve pending issues of the Apartment.
Only good thing is the Apartment community, the people.
So, be aware of this builder and their properties before considering for owning them. Better avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget friendly apartment with basic amenities, decent construction & with good open spaces. Sales (Gopinath) & construction In charge were very helpful.
As like normal builders, slight delays was occurred in the finishing time, but they have provided complete support for all the activities & assured all the needs as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Residential Society. Society is best for social family people. Gym, party hall, and children's play area available. The gym is also decent. Very nice place to stay. Many facilities are nearby. Value for money. It's the best place to live in. People are enthusiastic and keep working on it to make it a better place. Overall experience staying in this apartment is awesome.
