1. Apartment quality is good.
2. Good Parking space.
3. Water management is good.
4. Power backup available.
Cons:
1. Management not great.
2. Biased to owners.
3. Periodic change of maintenance staff required. ( security staff and cleaning stuff must be rotated every 6 months)
4. Management should have calendar of activity planned before hand.
Apartment should handover the management to professional agency for smooth process.
