This is with reference to daily yoga and life skill training being conducted by you 25th feb 2016. I have experienced the following result their body, mind, emotions, intelligent and other.....
Physical :-
* Reduced body size of waist, tummy almost 1 - 2 inches.
* Fat is reduced significantly.
* Thyroid is back to normal limits.
Mental :-
* Significant improvement in mental balance
* Suffering from stress and sleep issues Before session they are almost cured.
* I am able to feel more happy and sleep better.
