★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, they made false bill and tried charging 45 k extra from my relative. Check your bill people and report it ,if the same happens to you. During this tough time of Covid ,these type of hospital's only focus to make money from scared and vulnerable patients. This is so disheartening . Shame on you hospital's doctors and staff, you guys should think once, how inhumane this is..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service, it may seem like over charging but when you compare it with other hospitals with same infrastructure, it is best even good caring and response from Nursing Superintendent and non-medical staffs. I wish all the best for them for their future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upstream management is good but downline management is very poor. All nursing staff and attendant wants tips and not ready for helping at the time of the discharge of patient.
We have to arrange our self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience is that patient care under Dr Satya and Dr Amit Sinha cannot be compared to any other hospital.
Staff is very cooperative ; money charged an billing is absolutely transparent. We were explained every thing at every stage and fully computerized bill stamped and countersigned was given for every rupee deposited.
24 hr pharmacy with reputed company medicines at reasonable discount was also available.
I was fully satisfied with my patient care and special thanks to Dr Satya for his 24 hr personal care
