β β β β β Pathetic service, no accountability with this company. They don't confirm your car till last minute and sometime cancel also without any explanation. How on earth is a person supposed to go about his work if you cancel a car minutes before departure time. They have no accountability, just don't trust them. They underpay the drivers. Just use google to find local cab companies wherever you are going.

β β β β β The worst experience ever. Won't ever take savaari ride again. Everything about them is in the extreme worst condition from car to driver to services to everything. Won't recommend anyone to take this car rental if they want to not ruin there vacation. If it was possible to rate in negative would have rated it minus infinite.

β β β β β Very pathetic service...
First of all Cab arrived at 9:30am instead of booking time of 8:15am ..that too after several follow ups.
And then the Transport Owner (due to his illiteracyΒ in calculating Hours) was askingΒ me to free the cab before 4:30pm else extra charges have to be paid.
It took a good 5 minutes to make him realise and give gyan of 'Addition and Subtraction'.
And the irony is that after all this, he was expecting Good Behaviour from me.
Alas!!
There should be some penalty on such service provider which fails on their commitment and People have to get suffer in terms of fatigue/mental stress/money and time..

β β β β β Manner-less representative, they do not know how to speak to customers. They stoop down to their low level, threaten you with police compliant when they are charging more from you with no base. We book a cab through goibibo and had no direct relation with this useless Car Rental services. But their driver got us connected in case of price confusion, they are actually goons hiding behind such services. threatening for 163rs, where we already paid 12894 for the cab booking and price reflecting on our App.

β β β β β Worst experience ever, i booked my car 10 days before the actual departure date. I receive a cancellation mail 12 hours before my departure time. I called the team and they told me that they are sold out now and couldnot get another cab as the one booked had technical issue. I booked cab again to check if they were actually booked and confirmed a booking again with double the price.The agent called me saying he will provide me cab details by next one hour. I was told later that they didn't had that cab selection with less price now but had the one with double price so either i can confirm this booking or can disconnect as they cannot provide me cab for my previous booking.
So basically this works on frauding people for money as the price hiked you cancelled booking with lower money.

β β β β β This is in regards to the recent experience I faced in Delhi
I had made a confirmed booking for Airport pickup from Delhi Terminal 1 for a fixed amount. To my utter surprise, the assigned driver never called me and some other driver by name Ravinder called and informed he will be at the location on time. After waiting and some back and forth calls for 30 min, I received a call from someone else at the airport and that person asked me to come out and informed he was the one who will drop me from the Airport. I agreed since there are times when the assigned driver from the company gets changed at the last minute.
Within 10 minutes of boarding, I received a call again from Ravinder to inform me that I need to pay INR 200 more over and above my already agreed fare. In order to check the veracity, I called the Savaari toll free number. The lady operator handling the call after spending 15min, flatly informed me that I need to pay 200 airport toll charges. .
During the ride this driver who picked me told me that this Savaari assigned driver Ravinder actually did the trick of himself booking a cab from Ola and then called this driver and asked him to drop stating that I'm one of his known and I will pay the amount directly to him and Ravinder will cancel the booking
This is happening blatantly in broad daylight that an assigned Savaari driver is making someone else drop without having any consideration of who the actual person is and tantamount of identity theft.
When I raised the overall experience and compliant over the feedback mail, the revert I get is that, "I never paid the airport money to the driver" Post that I'm getting the same jazzy mails of ensuring the smooth experience in future.
Pathetic service, atrocious and rude customer service. Unsafe for families.

β β β β β I have never in my life had such a bad experience taking a cab from Delhi to Agra. The inconvenience and problems started from the beginning of the journey when instead of the driver whoβs details had been shared with us on Savaari, another person showed up. On calling the original driver, he insisted that we go with this other person and it is also through Savaari. We were extremely short on time and had no other option than to take this taxi. After a while when the journey had started and we started talking to the driver we came to know that he is not from Savaari and had in fact been given this βjobβ by the βSavaari driverβ (who was allotted to us by Savaari) - of course at 80% the price set by Savaari so that he could make a commission from the remaining amount.
Apart from this blatant fraud, the car and driverβs behaviour made the journey completely unsafe. He did not seem to be professional, was over speeding and not following any safety norms. The car was also not a commercial taxi but his private vehicle.
Needless to say, due to this inability by Savaari to follow up on journeys and make a proper check on allotted drivers, we were put in a completely unsafe situation where we were totally on the mercy of these fraud drivers. Savaari should do better and ensure that it is the correct person and the correct vehicle that is doing the actual pick up and drop. Of course I am sure that these guys have done this forgery even before and nothing has been done to stop it.
I will of course never ever making a booking with this service again and will also caution others

β β β β β Extremely poor service. Car was unsafe. Left tyre got punctured on multiple occasions.
We took ertiga from gurgaon to rishikesh and back. The driver was someone else pretending to be the name given to us. Very unsafe for families and women.
Tyre flat on onward journey and next day return journey. Spare was a completely torn tyre. We spent more than 2 hours on the road.
Customer care unresponsive after one hour on hold.
Worst experience of my life.
