★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Car Rental for last several years in multiple cities in India - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune. Each time the service has been excellent. Punctual and good mannered drivers and good cars. The airport pick up and drop is also great!!

We booked a savaari cab 1 month in advance for a drive from Mangalore to Chikmagalur, including paying an advance. We waited till the pickup time with no details from the company or driver. The driver called and cancelled 10 MINUTES AFTER pickup. The company then gave us another driver after putting us on hold for 15 minutes.
The second driver told us he was 60km away in the next town and would take 2 hours to come. Needless to say , we had to make alternate arrangements and ditch Savaari after another 2 calls with the company, again involving 10 to 15 minutes wait each. So much for a supposedly "reliable and premium" car rental service. The most efficient part of the service was them canceling our booking. It remains to be seen if the refund actually comes in without a fight.
No follow up , no tracking of drivers , no basic checks on who they push to customers , no accountability. Disappointing to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Rishikesh and needed a cab back Delhi. When checked all the different portals we found cabs charging from 6000 to 9000.
First time we came through Savaari while searching for the cab and looking at their quotation of about 3000 ₹ was unbelievable.
We first hesitated thinking this can be scam but since booking didn't need any prepayment we booked a cab and got it available within an hour.
Cab was superb, clean and driver was very friendly and nice guy.
The experience was beyond expectation. They were relying on CNG cabs to reduce the cost which I think is a great business decision.
I would happily recommend everyone to try Savaari for outstation travels. But understand that Savaari may take about 1-3 hours to provide a cab so always book in advance. I am very sure you will not get better deal on cab elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Goa airport to Gokarna beach, I booked a car via Savaari Car Rentals. It was a smooth and simple process to book, receive confirmation, driver and car information and thereafter being picked up from the airport by a smart well dressed and soft spoken driver named Saeesh ( in fact he looked more like a sales executive than a driver). The drive was smooth and careful within speed limits. This trip, it was a pleasant experience for me and happy to get the returns for the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially apprehensive about savaari due to some bad reviews which mentioned last minute cancellations, poor drivers and bad cars however I took leap of faith and booked it anyways. Our alloted driver Mr Manjunath was great! He reached on time, was very professional and polite, he went above and beyond to provide us great experience. Car was well maintained and was equipped with sanitizer. Savaari exceeded my expectations. I will book it again. Highly recommended. Please book it via call instead of web booking though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience overall with Savaari. Drivers are polite, cars are generally clean. Only recently in Delhi got an Ertiga that was not in great condition. But on other trips I have got very nice and clean cars. They are always on time which is good.

I have been using Savaari very frequently in past few months and the experience with them is seamless. I generally book cars for 8-10 hours and the price offered is very competitive as compared to other players like Ola and uber.
The driver will call you to confirm location and will be always there before time.
The drivers are also very experienced and friendly. If you are looking for a local sightseeing or if you are in city for back to back meetings at different locations then I would recommend you to surely go for it.
The only lacking part which I feel at time is the quality of cars. Some cars are very dirty with torn seats and the cars with cloth seat also smells during monsoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a suv cab through savaari for a tour in Agra. The service was worst than i had ever imagined. The car arrived 40 mins late, with broken windshield, non-functional ac, broken side mirrors, unhygienic condition inside the care with stains of mud and paan all over. Also the driver was asking extra money. It was complete harassment. I had given a call to customer care and no senior person was ready to be online and take responsibility. I had to miss my sight seeing, because of the mess created by savaari.com I would request you all to rather book local car rental vendors (as they provide good & cheaper services) rather than this online portal. Extremely pathetic experience. I would like to share the photos of the cab for your judgement.
