★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thugs!!! Haven't refunded my money since November '20. Did not refund my petrol amount at their own will (for something what is not even mentioned terms and conditions).
The customer support is pathetic.
If you doubt this review then please visit playstore/appstore and read the user reviews.
Drivezy should be sued in the the consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive to go with drivezy. But took a chance as they have the vehicle I want (Hyundai Creta) and at much cheaper rate compared to others. However before booking I made sure to check the details of the vehicle like mileage condition model etc through mail. I got a new vehicle (6 months old, done 8K mileage) for my trip to Ooty from Mysore for 6 days. The pickup and delivery was very smooth. I took the photos of the vehicle all around. I got the vehicle with full tank and with proper air pressure in the tyres. So through out the trip I didn't had to do anything extra other than driving. Done two bookings in my recent trip to ooty. One from Bengaluru to mysuru (one way) and the other one is Mysuru to Mysuru (for 6 days). Only reason I am giving 4 stars is for the vehicle cleanliness (for one way trip). Normally I don't write reviews but the reviews I read were mostly horrifying. May be, only the persons having bad experience are writing the reviews and not the ones with good experience. Hence felt I should write one otherwise it could lead to a biased impression. Thank you Drivezy, continue the good service and get more positive reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivezy is one of the great services which allow you to rent a self driven car. The Indiranagar station of JustRide has got a great fleet of cars to choose from, ranging from the Hatchbacks (Swift, Bolt, Ritz) to SUVs (XUV, Scorpio).
Our experience with the KUV we booked was great, since the car was completely new and very well maintained. The station manager was kind enough to help us out with the refund process of the permits our vehicle has borne during the trip.
I would really recommend Drivezy, since it will often turn out to be a lot cheaper than hiring a car from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied at all, would never rent with Justride!
I saw the google reviews from Bangalore office, so i booked a Ritz from Hinjewadi, Pune.
1. There was no designated location easily identifiable. The guy came with car 10 mins late (well, if you think thats fine... wait, more trouble to come!)
2. The car was in a very bad "shape". It was all scratches, dents, broken body parts and worse thing was the rear right tyre did not have any 'treads'. When i asked the guy, he said 'Kuch Nahee hoga..!'
3. A/C making enough noise, no one could hear anyone inside (with windows closed ofcourse!) AND it was not blowing cold. You could make out it needed servicing.
4. Odometer read 70k+ kmts. Are you kidding me!!! The guy said its a year old car. How can you give it for self drive with so many kms on the car!
5. Surprise of surprises, the same guy came 15mins late for pickup (while dropping car), said he was having lunch.
Now if you think, you would probably be lucky getting a good car and you do get, that will make me happy!, after all i am trying to just share by experience so if you want you can be careful and try some other rental.
In the picture, you can see the shed where they say is the pickup point. It does not have any name or even a point and the dreaded non treaded tyre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. That was the first and last time I booked a bike from these guys.
For small scarctches on the bike they demanded Rs.3000/. After talking for an hour to Customer care and those service department people.,they have agreed for Rs.1000. They wanted to change the entire stickering for those small scratches.
They didn't even check those scratches and just telling to pay Rs.3000 for the scratches which were there in the beginning of the trip also . After showing the pictures which I have taken at the beginning of the trip they reduced the price. I'm attaching those scratches, which were in the front and three scratches in the back of the bike.
Guys please be careful, while renting any thing from this company. Please take full pictures of the bike /car from all sides. Or else you will be paying for the damages which you didn't even do..
