★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the service and the car provided.
1. I hired a Maruti Brezza Automatic (monthly subscription) was promised a good conditioned car.I got a 3 year old car with lots of scratches and dents, but the car condition was decent except the car alarm.
2. The car had a major problem with the security system sensors and the alarm suddenly went off atleast 25 times at random times within the month(even at midnight)causing too much problems to me and my neighbours. Called the 24/7 helpline multiple times, but would only receive false assurances of getting it fixed next day. Never received any callback or any mechanic visit.
3. Manager assured of a discount if i extended my monthly subscription, never received any discount.
They only assure that everything will be taken care of till you book and pay the amount. After that it's all empty promises and they even change cars( same model) based on their whims and fancies.
They lie on your face till the car is booked and when I went to pick up, they said , we just gave the newer model to another client.
Please avoid hiring cars via MyChoize since the service and cars are not good.
They need to improve in providing good service, since in today's world, if bad service is given, there's always better options.
WILL NEVER TRY MYCHOIZE AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse place to rent cars they charge high amount and send nasty cars the one I rented was 10K for two days and they gave the car with all dents and clutch plate broken I couldnt even drive properly and on top of this the customer care and people who are handling are so bad and rude they dont care customer useless company with bunch of unqualified people working here look at the pics attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my worst self drive car booking experience. They have no customer service and very rude staff. The person supposed to hand over the vehicle was not there on site and we are still waiting for him to come after waiting for 2 hours at night.
They have weird document policies and they do not leave any chance to trouble and harass the customers on this basis.
I would recommend everyone to go for any other option except this one. You will save a lot of time, money and troubles.

And the prices are also high. It costed me more than 8,000 for 1 day 13 hours rented car

Few things I experienced and noticed.
1. Booking app is not that well made. After payment via UPI, app got stuck in the payment screen. No confirmation or failure response. I had to call their customer care and wait for 20 mins for booking to be shown in app.
2. Minimum booking is for 24hrs, I couldn't book for 12 hrs.
3. Booking a vehicle in app is not confirmation, they will call you and request for more documents via whatsapp in 2 hrs time and then confirm the booking. No details of car available after confirmation.
4. They are very strict with requirement local ID proof. Rental agreement should do.
5. There is only one employee for mychoize in this location. He is mostly out of location for some other clients. I had to wait 1 hr during pickup and 30 mins for drop. They could employ at least one more person for this.
6. Car was not fully ready when I went to pickup though he quickly did some cleaning and gave it in 10 mins. Car (innova) was in generally good condition though there are scratches, wear and tear etc
7. They gave the vehicle with around 70% fuel (analog fuel meter) for me. I had to return at same fuel level. By mistake I filled only around 60% when returned. They deducted around 1000 rupees from security deposit (8 ltrs diesel at Rs.94 plus 28% tax when market price for diesel is Rs.85 and max 5 ltrs should be enough to refuel at same level).
8. Security deposit after deductions were returned in 2 working days.
9. Their customer service felt good and responsive .
Generally, experience was okay. Make sure you refuel at same level when giving back. I have had better experience with car rental services.
