★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is quite small. But you ll get genuine Bajaj parts and you can see Ur bike being serviced. So don't worry about duplicate or Poor service here.

The owners don’t answer calls after you have given them your bike. It was my first time and Sawant Motors being an authorised TVS showroom I didn’t expect this kind of service. The place is not Clean and very messy. I didn’t even receive a proper bill for INR 6500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience,... guy named Siddhesh is the only responsible person over there, All mechanics are fool as hell...there is no co.ordination, no teamwork...I gave my bike on 10am and got my bike on 6pm. What i got? A tvs tru4 semi synthetic oil for rs. 550.. online it was available @ rs 370 only. Again a normal oil on my chain was poured ..no lube Spray. A young mechanic was there with a beard with lot of ego, promised me for setting the timing chain of my bike...at the end of the day i got ntg. I had to come again on day after service to fix the timing chain issue. Ruined my time as well as their image in my mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers are honest. Though the major downside is that if you are having a trouble with your bike, the spare parts are not available with them. You have to arrange them yourself and hand it over to them for repairs. I got my bike serviced there but my issues haven’t stopped yet. Only authorised service center near my place and hence I don’t have an option but to go to them. They never guarantee you time within which your work will be completed. You need to follow up repeatedly yourself. If I had a better authorised TVS service center near Bandra, I would’ve gone there. And also, they broke my key recently while opening the fuel tank... idk how!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. Abdul Rehman is so rude and doesn’t know the basic etiquette how to talk to the customer. I request sawant motors to educate them and speak politely to the customer.
