★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My duke 390 had a coolant problem which would result in overheating and high consumption of coolant. I showed this to mechanics and many service centers who told me that the coolant is entering the engine and mixing with oil etc thus the engine will have to be opened and gave me a shocking expensive quote. Used to roam with a coolant bottle everyday to keep topping it up atleast twice a day. I went to Mahim service center for a periodic service but they did a test run and gave me a simple reasonable solution which solved my bike issue. 3 cheers to them. Keep up the good work and I'm only getting my bike to you guys for future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to service my duke 200 but they broke the suspension bolt and were blaming that it was already broken how can the bike run if it was already broken. They were charging me around 10k for new suspension shockup and paid periodic service. They wasted my 3 hours and instead of solving the issue they increased the work in the bike. Unprofessional staff.I am going to share my feedback on the official page of KTM because of these people I have to spend more money on my bike because of their unprofessionalism. I saw infront of my eyes the suspension nut bolt was broken by the staff by not doing the work professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center ever please don't ever visit this ktm service center in mahim instead service your bikes in local atleast they are trust worthy more then this horrible guys here in ktm service center Name called vivek the office guy the way he speaking almost he took 10 thousand to just service my 2nd service of my bike please be aware of your bikes if you give here the owner of the service center is horrible like the most horrible men

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stopped servicing my Duke 250 at this place. It's always difficult to get appointment. Because of too many customers they have not been able to maintain the quality of service. They didn't even wash the bike in of the services. During the pandemic they were charging for sanitising the bike.

I was so tension free when I handed my bike to them it was best feeling like first day .. the manager mr.Zamir sir was so polite n genuine the way he was doing all calmly n handling everything was so perfect I was happy Thankyou KTM Mahim it was great experience with them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has messed up my duke 390 front mag wheel by spraying brake pad cleaner over the rim during brake service which has faded the colour no compensation given. Staff is ignoring calls and messages, had not expected this kind of customer service from such a brand. Wouldn't suggest this service centre to anyone. (plz dont visit this branch)
