★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very bad experience, I have called then on Monday that there is cooling issues the technician came on Tuesday, he just check the same n went said that other technician will come for refilling of gas. on Wednesday I called tabassum she said the technician will come. but didn't turn up. Thursday she was on leave she gave me zahid number. zaidh said he will surely get it attended in priority as tabassum already informed her. but no one came on Thursday. later in the evening zahid said that he will surely send the technician by 11 on Friday. which didn't happened. after that I called zahid by 1.00 pm he said the technician will come by 2.00 max. which didn't happened.after that I zahid didn't picked up my call. so I called tabassum again she gave me Priyankas number. she was not aware of my problem so she called zahid. then she said that the technician will come again on Saturday by morning.

Technician had come on 27 April and told some part change required and took 350 INR and said his office will quote different money for part and then order the part .
The office order the part on 29th telling me it will take 3 days .
It is the 5th today and now there is absolutely no response whatsoever on whatsapp , call or helpline and I fell completed cheated.
I did not expect a company like o general to appoint such a low class service centre as a certified one.
Really disappointing and frustrating in this hot month of May
