★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shops for luggage and travel related items. Staff were so polite and eager to help, but don't hover over you like you're going to run away with their goods. Be prepared to spend a goodly amount of time here if you don't know exactly what you want, as the choice is vast.

Bought a brand new American Tourister suitcase (now I am hoping it is an original) and was given a 3 year warranty and assurance that they were there to assist if anything did go wrong. Came back to them with a serious quality issue after 1 trip in 15 days and their attitude was totally different. They were unable to do anything about it and were even outright rude. Gave up hope. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased at least thrice from this shop and I write this review as a genuine buyer. There is an elderly gentleman at the cash counter who would be the owner I presume and then he has his team on the floor that assists you with the purchases. Keen team, but please do not be fooled by their looks, age or the smiles. Those are there only until you pay them, not after.
Bought an American touristor 5 days ago from this shop
On the night of my flight is when I opened the new bag. All zips were not working. I had my doubts that they were selling me an old 2nd hand piece and should have trusted my gut. But since I had made a purchase earlier, I went ahead with it. It was midnight and could not do anything else. Took the bag the way it was and cling bubble wrapped it so my things don't fall off. Had to buy a new bag on the way back from a trip.
After 5 days of the purchase when I took it back to them, their attitude was all serious contrary to the all smiles they give you when you are buying stuff from them. They would not accept their mistake. They would not refund. I made a mistake of not keeping the guarantee card and thus they did not help me at all and had to return back with the bag home.
Something did not sit right with me. I went back with the bag to the shop, returned it to them and told them that damaged bag has no place at my home and would be better off if you fix this and sell it to someone else as that's how unethical you all are. Since many customers were there, the owner suddenly changed his word and said take whatever you want and I'll give tour money back. I feel this was necessary in my first visit and not the one that I had made the second time.
Please do not purchase bags from here. Go to the authorized shops. Go to the brand shops. They might be selling second hand material and their grievance handling plus customer retention skills are extremely poor.
Never again.
I am attaching images of the two bags which I have bought from them earlier, the damaged bag and whw I returned it. I don't want to kick someone's business, but please be careful when you buy from them.

He was patient enough to explain me the pros and cons of different products and helped me decide the best bag. Overall, it was a very positive experience for me and I would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shops for luggage for international travel and travel accessories. However, please check and compare prices at other outlets. Polite and helpful Staff. If you don't want to spend unnecessary time and money here then first decide what you want, as the choice, variety and prices are mind boggling.

They gave me the best deal and even shipped the bags from Mumbai to Kolkata. Abhishek was exremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.
