★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safari centre Vile Parle East Mumbai is a best choice for buying all kinds of bags. I recently bought travel bags and got my old bag repaired. The owner and staff are very customer oriented, they recommend products based on customers requirements and the prices are very reasonable. All products are genuine/original and can be bought at best price when compared with other stores offering same product. Services like bag repairs and fixtures are also provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was locked out of my trolley bag and was unable to open it, the manager himself come over to my hotel in 15 minutes got it unlocked and charged me really reasonable charges. I had my flight immediately and the quick resolution really came to my rescue! Good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experiences with Safari Centre shop. I was about to discard my American Tourister trolley bag due to it’s broken handle & jammed wheels. During quick google search for Bag repair centre near me, I found this shop & viewing the reviews I decided to go with this. Overall experience from pickup to dropping of my repaired trolley, was really so amazing. Brilliant works done for replacement of broken handle & jammed wheels. No words to appraise their courteous dealings over phones, easygoing pickup & drop facilities & most important within extremely reasonable charges.
I feel proud to recommend Safari Centre team guys, if anyone looking for bag repair services. I would like to thanks Vishal ji from Safari Centre for taking trouble to visit personally to my home to drop my repaired bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Safari centre through a quick Google search for Luggage repair services near me. I went with them after reading some of the reviews. I called them up and spoke to Manish (the owner). I was to travel on Saturday and rang them on Wednesday around 8.30pm. I was blown away when he said he could get it up and fixed before Saturday. Bags got picked on 9th March. I get a message the next day around 4pm bags are ready! 2 days ahead of their promised time. I had to change 8 wheels on a Large stroller and frame alignment on a medium stroller. Definitely recommend them esp if you are pressed for time. Extremely courteous to deal with. My only gripe was that the payment had to be cash instead of an online medium. But not much of a deal breaker given the promptness of service. I'd take it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Manish & Safari centre for amazing and prompt service. My bags handles broke a night before my flight and I was extremely stressed. I got safari centre’s no and Manish answered his phone even though it was late and outside his work hours. Next morning sharp at 10 am he called me and arranged someone to come to the house to fix the bags as he knew on the day of my flight running around would get too difficult and stressful. Everything went very smooth and the service given was flawless. Highly highly recommend safari centre for all bag repair and requirements. Thank you once again
