★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very slow service and I also I don't know why but also crowded compared to other sbi branches that's available in same region like dombivli east and Thakurli east. if you asked any doubt then they will tell you to go at other desk and that person will tell to other desk but if you wanted to know about personal loan than every employee will guide you. Installing passbook printing machine outside the bank is worst decision also no security guard for atm machine during night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch. Staff is very slow and careless. Sr citizens are suffering most. No proper communication from branch. I have visited 8 times to Branch to open saving account in 45 days. Misleading messages received recently like
On your request, signature has been updated in account no. XXXXXxxxxxx. If not requested, please contact your branch.
When visited branch manager , he was ignorant and busy is passing time with some visitor.
Zero rating for customer branch decipline and caring of customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just asked them about the pension information that lady sitting on pension counter yelled at me stating that it will be done on November and December only so there was no need to yell on for stupid reasons if the particular person don't know it's your responsibility to tell them or inform them regarding that politely not rudely worst experience that lady don't have any right to yell at anybody stupid people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No social distancing, people don’t care about current situation, I want to complete my work, why are you asking to wear mask, who are you to ask… these are the reactions from public in bank. No action been taken by security, bank staff and so. Say like for pas book entry, people stick around each other and no social distancing. As per government rules we need to abide rules and regulations but NO I will not do such kind of attitude we have…
Same attitude is done by youngsters by looking senior people doing like this.
Requesting public to please abide rules or else it would be issue for everyone.
Note: this is my personal experience and please don’t get offended.
