No security of products and do they do not refund your booking amount.
Bad experience never shop from this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to bad peopel. they will commit everything before you purchase any thing and then deliver old stock to you. i recently purchased AC, they promised to deliver 2021 model, however actually delivered March 2020 manufactured unit. and the worst part even after complaining they are neither ready to replace or refund money. and saying on the bill we have no where written it is 2021 model. so clear cheating of customers. Finally after few days of argument and escalation to Voltas, they replaced the unit with 2021 model

i had delivered demo tv which was displayed in showroom don't know since when,
once i come to know we have received demo tv i met store manager he was not ready to exchange, was irrate not ready to listen, said he will not exchange
After paying full amount, this people has deliver me demo tv
Was not expected from store
