I have a car insurance policy from SBI General insurance and I claimed for the damages with them a week ago . Surveyor is not at all entertaining damages came to the Car even after submitting pictures of damages . We are facing trouble in this monsoon without Car as it is still at workshop.
If I can have a chance to change policy with some other company I would do it definitely since when it comes to ask for premium they just come to us like anything and when we claim for damages they ignore our claims . And make us feel like we are faking the claim .
This is a very bad gesture by the surveyors with the customers.
It's almost a week my case is pending with them .
They have already caused us lot of trouble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear All, please don’t purchase any policy from SBI general insurance…they are too much fruad…I have given my car Ford eco sport for claim in jaipur and they are not complete my survey in between 48 hours and said accident is fake and surveyver mr Govind is too much fraud person and also his senior mr Anil Mathur not ready to take calls ….it’s too much fraud company…aise logo se dur rho..isse badiya to IFFCO tokio and national insurance h…:SBI insurance team already mail to you with required details please revert
