β β β β β Insurance office. Very poor response, staff never at their desk either they are gone out for tea or snacks or what never know. Went many times here in siliguri office to solve a problem caused by their fault but always had to wait for a long time . Very lazy staff and slow response to attend their customers. Their attitude is very poor .Wish I would not have to visit this office .Personal advice never do insurance or any business with them.
