★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased materials based on the owner Sandeep's choice and recommendation of the material for my Hotel. We trusted him as he appeared very true with his sweet words. The products were of very inferior quality. When we asked him to return or replace he refused it. After lot of heated discussion he finally agreed. When we returned the products he refused to take it back stating th packaging has been damaged and he says do whatever you want, I am not taking them back. The worst store with very low ethics.

The owner is so knowledgeable and kind, he patiently listened to our requirements, shown lots of varieties, even helped us with his suggestions and then got the curtains, cushions ready and even helped us to install them at our home which is 100Kms far. My husband asked him if he can help us complete our sofaset however we had purchased fabric from some other place in Siliguri but their worker has not given satisfactory finishing in workmanship, he agreed to help us and called and arranged his worker and made us talk about charges directly without any profit in it. It was really touching. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOWROOM TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS VALUE FOR MONEY
