★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got my account shifted to this place bank recently and following things tell customers.
1. The biggest SBI branch in Gorakhpur and I must it is good.
2. There are so many counters which exists for addressing any problems of customers.
3. Staff is cooperative and they are very much willing to work for us.
4. There are still some people who are reluctant to work in the bank especially the old staff of the bank.
5. Timings are very flexible for customers as it is open for quite a time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bab service , came @11:15 with my Uncle . issue is inoperative account.submit KYC till 13.40.after kyc stand in Queue for withdrawal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senior staffs sitting on counters show rude behaviour. Mostly they discourage deposit of cash. To day the middle counter man accepted deposit of four customers who were after me. Reason was that two were with employees of the branch & two were his familiar businessmen.
