★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was able to get my work done, the overall experience was stressful for both the branch manager and myself. The Branch manager (may be having a bad day) was not receptive of the feedback given and took my comments on the overall red-tapism, other unnecessary procedural delays and lack of enthusiasm among executives personally and behaved disrespectfully with me which got me riled up too. I understand that most issues are systemic but it's high time SBI (in general) needs to pull up the socks and work on its customer relationship management. We have lost trust in such entities and have gone ahead with a pvt. banking organization. I am Writing this review in good faith, not against a particular individual, but the general service provided at most SBI branches.
