★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akin to any other sarkari bank, SBI vivek vihar is as well a cosy place( in one of upbeat posh localities) where sarkari baboos get paid to humiliate and misbehave with innocent law abiding customers who happen to put their trust in the bank but are regretting it in the face of helplessness. From Guard at the door to Middle level managers and even the Branch manager take pride in bullying customers with verbal abuses, going to the level of challenging them to complain against them - all because they know their backs would be saved by the system. I happen to be one of the many victims you come across while standing in bank queues on a daily basis who are served incorrect information by the employees just to skip their work load and on raising their voice are threatened/abused/humiliated.
No wonders, such sarkari institutions are becoming obsolete and moving fast into oblivion. #Poor banking #Misbehaving Staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank must organise some development programs for staff of SBI as they have become so passive that they dont give damn care for customer's time and solution to their problems. In many instances, they dont know solutions to many problems regarding banking and extended facilities.
Need to improve to fight with pvt banks.....
Bad exp..thinking of withdrawing account from here..
