if loan proceesing officer is on leave nobody take care of it.

Don't need sarkari banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good environment but a lot of rush, for any small work you have to wait for hours.
They call you on appointment basis but will never follow their own timings.
You have to be prepared to spend whole day there.
They work for extra hours also and it may be up to 7 pm. Mostly SBI staff are friendly in nature but SSL people working for SBI are terrible and even not faithful some times.

They are deducting EMI twice thrice in a single month.
They think we are taking loans so we owe them everything. I want to tell the sbi team you get a salary to help customers.

Thank you for your pathetic service.
I have a home loan with your Pathetic branch since Oct 2020. I have spent my hard earn money to buy home Loan from SBI because I have no choice to go for other banks. Since the day I have purchased your home loan, I cant reveal how many times I have regretted my decision to buy a house till today, may be untill I am alive.
I will describe the latest problem here, I know there will not be any impact on the bank no matter how many problems customer will face. Even if a customer dies escalating or following up on the issues, SBI will still ask for the repayment of the loan customer has taken. That's the level of SBI I have understood.
Recently I visited the branch and renewed my ECS NACH mandate for both the home loan accounts, so that SBI gets the payment from me on time and we can sleep in peace without thinking of n number of charges SBI can deduct from the customer. Guess what, NACH mandate is rejected and SBI will charge us return charge. Irony is, NACH mandate is filled by the SBI officer and submitted in the system. And for the return, SBI will charge us as if we logged in to Your system and did the Processing. Since morning, I am trying to call the respective person asking for update But no response. He has been already informed about the issue yesterday and he assured he will check back on it. Today, whole day has been passed and still no response.
The nightmare of SBI HOME Loan service is never ending.
SBI can arm twist customer to buy property insurance and lot of other useless insurances but can not give give proper service. SBI can lured customers to buy home loan and other different loans but doesn't have decency to provide a simple basic service. I dont have a option to change the lender from SBI to other bank otherwise I had never opted for any kind of service from SBI in my life and will never do. I will recommend all the people in my contact and share my experience on the social Platforms too that why they should never opt for SBI for any kind of loan or the services.
SBI can loot common people of the country by charging this charge and that charge for pathetic reasons. But when there is their turn to provide the customer service, they just simply gets ready with the bag full of disgusting reasons.
Pathetic Bank, Pathetic banking system.
And "Welcome to the digital robbery system".
