β β β β β This is the first time I visited this branch and the experience was very bad. The staff was not helpful and very unprofessional. The single window operator took almost 25 min to make a single transaction despite the fact that there were only 2 customers in Bank including me. The operator would start making casual conversations with his colleagues and also got distracted with n number of reasons. It was a 5 min job but unfortuantely they just don't care and value customer's time.
