★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the big branch in india , but working people are not helping. I respect working staff but they need to understand the requirement of customer. Not to give any excuses to do their work. I meet one guy he is nice and my work done but still fill to give only one star. I can say go for other bank instead of sbi. Not good at all for taking loan opening for saving bank account. Service they need to improve. If we call on bank landline no one answer the call. Even same with email. There is car loan department on main building first floor
Good thing about security they use to take all the covid 19 precaution. Security guide are good and helpful to reach your destination.
Neat and clean enviourment in bank peace and silent working. Every one was busy with their work.
There are every floor one or two security guard. To help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for education loan, it is kindly advisable don't ever go for SBI.
The officers here are so manipulative and flipper, changes their words day by day.
And especially SMITA JAWADE mam here, i personally don't understand how is she working as a loan officer with totally zero knowledge. SBI should raise their level and should give chance to needy and knowledgeable ones, rather than selecting the dumb one's.
