Open parking is available there.
Staff is cooperative and ready to help.
Washroom facility is also available outside of office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cost of the flats is lesser than what you will see elsewhere. They have all the amenities that you will get elsewhere but i felt the design of the construction isn't that great. From main Chandigarh city its around 1hr drive. One tip that i can suggest is that you can negotiate for the price of the flat so that way you can get your best deal.
