★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Cunning Fox agent Shekhar Rana in Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad has cheated with me badly. He has taken 21000 rupees as a booking amount.I have given the appropriate amount in good faith.
But I demand 13th Year chain registration deed & gda approved document for loan sanction then denied it. That person move me around 17 days & also demand me 51000 rupees for documents.I gave the cheque of dt-12 jan 2018 but not provide full document.Bank legal advocate demand a chain of registered deed then he replied me it is in 100 copy so gave me 11000 rupees in my account for photo copies of registered deed.
This type of skillness is highly appreciated Mr.
SCC BUILDER PVT LTD.
Pls aware this type of Cunning Fox of Scc sapphire.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst management and there team too. They all are local due which they put pressure on residence from out of the state. They all lies all the time even not professional. There sales team is good while you introduce first time your time and after few days you will find that you are trapped. The best you can find there work on feedback no more they have to told about accept rating 5* ??. Today I will show the reality what is happening inside.

I still remember when I first time stepped in "SCC SAPPHIRE" Project Site at Raj Nagar Extension, I felt such fresh positive aura there. All the facilities I saw there like swimming pool, zym, club, playground, etc are to enjoy to the fullest. Everyone should visit here once...!
