Including maintenance charges. But can differ from one flat to the other.
Location is good. It is best for people working in IISc but nonetheless, it has bus stop just 100m from it. Yeshwanthpur market is just nearby. There are local groceries stores around this apartment. There is also a lift to go any floor.
Kitchen is bit small but good enough for 2 people. Rooms are also slightly small, you cannot stuff a lot of furniture in it.
I would highly recommend renting this apartment.
