★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is like just another Sarkari office. No proper arrangements. Files are not kept properly. Even there is no.proper arrangement for there own staff. Long ques . People are not treated well because this is a place where mostly lower and middle income group people reside. This poor state of government office must be dealt with as this is newly started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a general category student who belongs to EWS category,I was trying to get the certificate for past 2 months.Coincidentally my first visit was on the same day when new SDM,Mr.Tayal joined here,there was something in him which gave me hope that my work will be done. He didn't directly went into his office or wasn't looking for any grand welcome.He addressed all of us, who were standing outside,without any shade,waiting for door to get unlocked even after 10-20 min had been passed.
Crowd was mumbling -ary naya sdm h,chla jaiga andr,hmari trh thori garmi m khda rhega
But sir proved us wrong, he apologized for the inconvenience, he did commitment that after this you all will find a change here,kaam vaise ni hoga jaise aj tk hota t,mai aj k lie shmaparthi hu.
and those words were enough to calm the crowd.
Sir, it took 2 months to get my certificate done and won't blame you or Sandhya Ma'am for this.There were days,when I was so furious,angry on this system,tried to meet you but no one in the office allowed me to come to your office even in the slot of public dealing hours,TBH sir,I tried to search you on the social networking sites because something in me always knew that Ap sunoge and smjhoge.
and finally one day I met Sandhya Ma'am,on that day also my work wasn't done but Ma'am promised me that she will make sure to that m work will be done,so far I haven't seen any government official who deals with the public so well.Ma'am thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Tsetan Norbu, Indian citizen has been married to Tenzin Kunsang, Canadian citizen. I am inexperienced so I met with the lawyer who with his sweet talk fooled me and waste my one whole week with no work done whatsoever. I came along with my parents and my wife to the Burari SDM office and met with the staffs Ms. Pinky and Mr. Rohit who were so helpful in guiding and helping us through the process of marriage and also, made a effort to make us see Mr. Pradeep Tayal, SDM officer, who was super busy with the election but give was appointment for the day after tomorrow. The meeting with the officer and the staffs gave us the hope that there are good people and staffs who work for local people effortlessly and are kind. Me and my family really appreciate and thankful for the officer, staffs and Burari SDM office as a whole for all the help and support. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst office, no sense of talking to the people. Staff behaviour is very worst and so unprofessional just like contract labour. I have submitted the request letter for rectify the name from February but no action will be taken till now. So many email send to SDM but nobody attend my request. There is a lot of rush and big queue but they don't have enough staff to handle the queries of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SDM - Mr. Pradeep Tayal is such a nice person. The service is very satisfactory. One thing that can be improved is the infrastructure as a lot of people visit this office so there should be some arrangement to equip them all.
