Bus no. 3091. AC sleeper.
Seat no lb 17 and 18
Never-ever travel by this bus. This my 1st and worst experience with seabird. There are many macchar, charging point is not working, curtain is dirty, many parts are damaged, no back support sofa, lot of dust on windows AC is slow etc etc. Do not book this bus ever and specially back seats.
Or do not travel by sea bird ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mumbai Bangalore 6pm bus hasn't halted at any rest room also for Dinner till 1.15 am, also arrogance is the main issue with all these private travel agencies in this root included #srs #vrl and this#seabird

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tharki , cheap driver , cheap bus.....very very bad quality bus and bus staff....bus staff had informed while journey started that bus would change at HUBLI at horrible timing of 3 o clock in night.....bus doesn't stops for food at convenient timings, but instead stops at 11pm at manikanda non-vegetarian hotel, because bus staff gets free food there... Bus staff fills seats in cabin on bonet too, making journey of passengers unsafe. Very rude & abusive staff....I had to call for police. Staff, managers and owners use foul language. Very very cheap bus operator

These guys cancelled the bus and even didn't care to inform me. It's a kind request to all of the citizens, not to book your tours from seabird travels. Their price might be a bit less but these travels are the worst you can ever think of

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service does not even worth of one rating star. I lost 1100 rupees because of worst service of Seabird Tourists. They have options to reschedule till 4 A.M . Of today's. But what for those who booked after 4 A.M . Like those who booked after this they don't deserve any benefits!!! There is no policy for those people who want to cancel or reschedule!!! They have to book any seats at their own risk!!!
I booked a seat by mistake from Shirdi to Pune on 19th oct instead of 21. After booking within 5 mins i called the customer care. Great thing is customer care number was not available or not responsive even after calling from 3,4 numbers. I tried calling to
all the possible number for one hour to get their customer care representative number.Finally i got one and called to that number. And i received the most RUDE response till date. He told I have to come as per the schedule. I told him that I'm in Pune i haven't been to shirdi yet.. how would i come to Pune from Pune. He said that i have to travel like that. I don't have any other option.i didn't even say to cancel, i requested him so many times to reschedule this to 21 . But all efforts went in vain. At the end one thing i understood that their policies are only for their benefits, not for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus appointmented for such long journey (Pune to Bangaluru). No facilities provided. Below average speed and halts as per driver's wish. Delay in reaching destination by 4 hrs. Bus departure not firm as they can change or delay or cancel bus as per their will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. From Chennai to Pune I travelled and kept me on hold almost 5 Hrs in BLR. While returning also the same they kept me hold for more than 8 hours. They don't have timing and whenever they feel they start the bus. Bus condition is worst and I never travel in this bus in my life. Waste of money.
