★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver Govind - xylo - Continously using mobile phone while driving. and using panparag, spitting each and every five minutes, which irritates our family, especially ladies. please ask him to avoid pan and mobile phone while driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Pune since 2014 and travel with variety of travels like Manish, Bhagyalakshmi, Sangitam etc. Due to unavailability of ticket, I had to tavel by sai Shraddha travels and it was worst journey. The time of travel as per schedule was 9:30, however, it reached at my location on 2:00 am. After my pick up, travel went to pune, sangvi and then started moving towards nagar. I didn't know about it as I was exhausted I slept as soon as I get in the bus. Due to some failure in bus, driver stop the bus, I woke up and saw the time it was 5:00 in the morning. I get down from the bus and I saw that bus is near darga or apale ghar stop. Every one was so frustrated, but the driver didn't care about it. The bus took 18 hours to reach us at our destination i.e. Bhusawal.
Point to tell you about travels.
1. Not punctual about time.
2. Do not care about customer.
3. Bus condition is poor.
4. Drivers are arrogant.
5. Even travel owner is irresponsible.As some passengers were tried to contact him, he didn't respond to call.
6. Seat condition is poor.
In the end, request you please do not travel with this bus. Friends, it is worth to spend 100 to 200 rupees more rather than travel with this bus. I recommend you travel with sangitam, Bhagyalakshmi, jagdamba.

Bus Quality -- 0 stars for my AC sleeper coach AC not working
Bus got puncture 2 times.
Punctuality -- 0 starts ( 3 hours late at my destination)
Staff Behaviour -- 1 Star , their behaviour like only I will drop you at your destination so be quite whatever it is. They don't have any manners.
I travelled from Pune to Bhusawal the journey is of 15 hours. After every 1 or 2 hours driver started filling the seats from outside the road and he wasted around 2 hours in it.
*I travelled multiple times but never seen a third class service like this.*
