★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased three laptops in the past through online sources. Out of the three, I was unhappy with the choice in case of two of them, even though I had researched intensively before purchasing them.
So this time, when I wanted to purchase a new laptop, I had decided that I want to physically check the laptop, understand the features and then purchase it from someone who can provide me with quick troubleshooting when I needed it, instead of having to call up a "call centre".
I visited 3 of the major electronics retail chains for this but found that their salesmen were to a large extent unable to help in choosing the right laptop and in case, of any issues, later on, I would need to call the manufacturer's call centre.
At that time, one of my friends suggested that instead of paying a huge amount on a new laptop, I should consider a second-hand laptop that's in a good condition as it gives a lot of value for money. I decided to check on this and reached out to a couple of dealers including AD Enterprise and ended up purchasing a Dell Latitude Laptop from them.
I highly recommend AD Enterprise for the following reason
I was impressed by the owner Abdeali's passion when it comes to computers and laptop's. He helped me select the right laptop for my needs. He was upfront and honest and in terms of any shortfall in the laptop that he was showing. Also, during the conversation with my son, he gave tips to him on troubleshooting wifi related issues that he was having on his laptop. I have used the laptop that I purchased from him for over 15 days now and I do not have any issues with it and I am quite happy with the performance.
