★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from roads, everything is a reasonable experience. The parks are green. The flats are old but well designed to receive good sunlight and air ventilation. The markets are small but nearby and fulfill all basic needs. Definitely it is not that kind of hustle bustle place like sector 75 or Gaur City in the evenings - but it's a peaceful and quality living with the chirping of birds and mostly air force retired senior citizen officers as your neighbours.
People in the 20-30 age group won't like this place in general as it does not provide them their kind of fun. The location is superb and a family can live here without even having to own a 4 wheeler of their own, Ola/Uber in combination with a 2 wheeler will suffice.
We stay in P block. The residents of other blocks may have a different experience.
