★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. The lady doesn't know basic sense. She doesn't understand hindi neither English. I went 3 times to confirm whether she does bridal lehenga stiching or not.. But she said yes they do and bring the lehenga then they can talk... Also the rate she was charging also very high.. Since it's near by to my room I went there.. After reaching there when I opened my semi stiched lehenga she was asking me how to do it.. Isn't it so funny. But I got so anger.. As the weight of my lehenga is so heavy and I had to return back... I don't know about normal stiches and lehenga... But this store is not at all for bridal lehenga at all. Also the lady should change the way of talking.. Don't know how she is running business without being customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i faced in regard tailoring. I gave four pieces for stiching and none of them was according to my given order. The lady need to learn some basic customer handling skills. Would highly recommend never visit this store for your stiching work. Stiching cost is quite high compare to mamy other tailors. I went thinking, she is running boutique, must be very good, but utter waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I am writing the reviews from all my family's accounts because we had terrible experience. The lady Snigdha working(doesn't look like an owner by her attitude) here is a cheat. She did completely different work than what was discussed. We gave her the cloth 3 weeks in advance and she never picked up the calls after that. When we went there to get it fixed, she behaved like a rowdy and started shouting. She even started shouting at het workers/tailors. She is ill-mannered and a complete disaster. When we showed her work to our friends and family, everybody laughed. Literally her work looked like we bought it from a street side vendor. And yes, she charges double(or more than double) the standard rates.
I am sure most of the 5 star reviews are either fake or sponsored.

Looks like other 5 star reviews are either fake/sponsored or they might be very lucky to get the things done according to their requirement.
