★ ★ ★ ★ ★ before purchasing an apartment in Sekhar hyde park I had invested in some other project but they are exploiting my money and time. Finally, with friend suggestion, I entered into a trustable service sekahr hyde park. Now I am very happy with this project & management.

I am happy with the builder and i am recommending friends also to buy a flat.
As per you Your friend has bought a flat in Hyde Park, and he is not Happy with the Builder then why is not opting for a Resale of the flat.
You tell me your friend's flat no or Name let me discuss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner of B-G02 in SHP and we have suffered a lot after buying here. 90+ current owners here are fighting with the builder for pending works, car parking allotments and the amenities. Marketing folks are deceiving people by promising car parking and amenities which don't even exist. Please don't believe in their lies and get cheated. Most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake here given by marketing folks and builders men. This project is not even worth a single star. None of the existing owners recommend anyone to buy here. Visit SHP and talk to owners before you take decision to invest here.

i have also bought a flat in sekhar hydepark, and i am very happy with the builder as what they promised more than that they have upgraded the specifications. when you are buying a deviation project how you can except bigger amenities.
and i am really appreciating sales Team, they are very Transparent, Clearly They are telling they don't have oc and cc
before purchasing here i went with so many builders all are not transparent like Sekhar Developers Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the stay all facilities are up to mark as provided by the builders. Before booking i consulted many builders most of them were highly priced for very low facilities. sekhar hyde park provided me all facilities with the best price and its worth buying . Do not believe on fake reviews by other competitors if you are planning o buy go ahead and buy it without any second thoughts .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a flat in this worst project and can tell you from personal experience that this is my worst decision to buy a property here. Nothing is right here - builder has a horrible attitude and doesn't treat his customers even like humans. I have never seen builders abusing customers in front of women.
Engineering of the building is worst. One rain and lobbies start flooding. Plumbing is horrible to say the least.
Delays are unpardonable. Possession date promised was mid 2016. We are in Jan 2018 and we owners are still waiting for the amenities. Talking of amenities, half the promised amenities are missing. No joggers track, elders garden or any greenery available but are being promoted.
Worst of all builder is selling flats with car parkings which are not available. There are 98 parkings as per the approved layout and the builder team has marked 130 parkings in a way that cars can't get in or out. Parkings are marked in driveways which is completely unacceptable.
This is a team of dictators trying to thrust their decisions on customers. They delete genuine negative reviews posted by customers and post fake positive reviews. This is very evident with all the fake reviews having the same content praising the sales team.
If you really want to waste money and lose patience this property is where you would want to invest. Any sensible human being would want to avoid this project completely. It is better not to own a home rather than buying here. If someone would still want to consider buying here I would recommend to walk into the project and talk to real owners who would be more than happy to share all their troubles. I would go a step forward and recommend not to buy any project of Sekhar Developers at all. Their current projects in Bangalore are Sekhar Hyde Park, Sekhar Casabianca, Sekhar Ridge and Sekhar Olympus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All 5 stars are fake, guys please visit the property and ask anyone...... I mentioned ANYONE who residing in this project and ask whether they will recommend you to buy. I am 1000% sure no one will give .01% rating to this amenities, facilities and builder. Please be aware from the fake reviews and search a good property by visiting sites & your own analysis. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experience living in Sekhar Hyde Park for 4 years now:
1. The proposed 60 Feet road in front of the Society as promised is no where to be found
2. Access roads are almost Non existent. broken muddy roads. During the monsoons it becomes a task to reach the market or any other shops that are in Immadihalli.
3. Sanitary fittings have started to rust.
4. The water here is very hard and as a result is causing deep hairloss (the ones which dont grow back)
5. Not a proper play ground for kids, they have to play in the basement among the cars and bikes.
6. Very basic service present - lifts house keeping and security
7. Gyms although close is just for basic workouts
8. Almost 9-10 hrs of powercut and only running on DG during the monsoons
9. The door locks jam sometimes and have to call the locksmith
10. Pool is Okay and should suffice if you dont plan for any exercise activities. its good for floating and lazing around.
11. No dedicated parking available. If you have a four wheeler do avoid it as there are no more spaces left for parking cars. No issue for 2 wheelers
Now some good points:
1. its very quite and you can roam on the streets without much traffic as long as you are walking
2. People are friendly and try to help each other during needs. During my covid quarantine period, they would drop off medicines and groceries
At the end: Not all 5 stars that glitters is gold. Please do visit and have a talk with the residents (not necessarily the owners but tenants too) and they will tell you what the pros and cons are. Maybe some people who gave 5 stars are happy with it but me after staying in some very good societies dont like it very much.
