★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not co-operative. The Sarees are defective. Bought a Saree for my mom, after coming back home, when she opened the saree, it had multiple defects. They have a 3 day exchange policy, since my mom opened the saree after 3 days of purchase, there was no way to exchange. Total loss of money. Be very careful while purchasing sarees from Select Stores, Gariahaat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Gariahat Junction... have good collection of different types of Sarees... only one drawback is there - service of few staffs are not at par. If you visit in lean time all will serve you well, but in rush time like - Puja and Holidays their behavious will change. I had experienced this and now avoid going there... I had done my Wedding shopping from there and experience was quite satisfactory. But in Puja shopping of 2018 experienced worst service from there have not bought a single saree from them... the person in Silk saree section was terrible.. will never ever visit this store.. sorry to write negative feedback but its true and I have to write it......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is really awesome...the collections are really good...bought lots of saree's from here,the quality of the product is very good... prices are really reasonable.. specially the staff's behavior is very good ,they r very helpful and professional...they gave discounts as well...via cash or card u can pay...really satisfied...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Select Stores on 25.09.2021 at about 2:30 pm along with my husband with an intention to purchase a silk saree. There were only a few customers in the store at that time. A middle-aged salesman attended to us. He was being assisted by a young man. He showed us a few pieces of 2 items of silk sarees for about 10 minutes. We were unable to select from the pieces shown. In the meantime my husband overheard the conversation between the two salesmen. The middle-aged gentleman was telling his younger colleague about us that we were not serious customers and we were there only to take rest for a while! And when I requested him to show some more pieces of the item (3D Bishnupuri Silk)he was showing, he clearly expressed his displeasure. This insult prompted us to leave the store immediately. I like to mention here that on the same day within half an hour I purchased a saree belonging to the said variety (3 D Bishnupuri silk)and of sobre shades of my choice from another store nearby. In the past on several occasions I purchased sarees from this store (Select Stores). But the experience this time was so bad that I shall think twice before visiting this store once again. And the salesman's misbehaviour is solely responsible for this. After all a salesman of a saree store should have the patience to show more than 15 pieces of sarees and the courtesy to behave well with a lady customer. The owner of the store should train him well in order to protect the reputation and goodwill of his store.
