β β β β β The worst experience. i ordered a printing of a Lord Krishna Picture on a textured paper, which they showed me and charged me Rs.700 for it. Later when they delivered the print, it was on a normal paper, which is hardly worth Rs.300. When asked, they said printing this image on the textured paper was not possible and they never promised to print it on textured paper.The biggest mistake I did was to pay them the entire amount in advance, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to do such fraud with me. Never ever trust these people.

Never book any photographer from them. They are worse than the amateurs.

β β β β β OK, well two films processed and scanned for Rs1025 is not too bad a price but....
Took nearly two weeks and my issue was that the negatives were in a roll, not cut and in a negative holder page.
And the CD of the scanned images wasn't in a protective envelope, so a few scratches were on the disc.
Thankfully the disc was OK but a little care and attention would have been nice.
Apart from those two gripes, the service was good.

β β β β β I was really happy with their service. Even though the rates are double of other places available on the city and online services. The print quality was also excellent. I felt the paper thickness has reduced from what it used to be but I'm making prints after decades. What was best about this order was that the machine made an error in cutting leaving white edge on two sides. They willingly agreed to fix it manually. Proactively they found a cutting machine and called me back to inform me to pick it up in 15mins instead of the next day.

β β β β β Highly professional. After getting passport photos done, I asked him to mail me the copy. The man said email charge is Rs. 50!!! What for? Apparently company policy. Just gross malpractice and theivery.

β β β β β FRAUD PLACE. PLEASE AVOID...
I booked my bridal photographer from here.
My wedding memories were ruined.
1. Rs. 21000 for one average quality video (no teaser was provided, no props were provided, no special poses, very very average) and only 150 photos. Isn't it overpriced?
2. Each branch of zoom16 says different rates for the same service. They criticize each other, blame each other, as if all the branches are rivals. They quarrel among themselves. This is totally unprofessional.
3. Here comes the most dangerous thing.
There is only one person at the reception, who talks rudely, behaves as if you are taking an undue advantage. But he is the only one in the shop who will deal with everything. So, you cannot avoid him. (even denies to tell his name)
4. Denies to hand over the soft copy of the photos. When forced, the man tells we have to give Rs. 30 for each soft copy of the photo. Then again denies, and tells it would be negotiable. Then continuously does very fraudulent activities: sending low quality photos, cropped photos, telling us we cannot even see the photos before printing. His behaviour is just incorrigible.
5. No proper rate chart. Each branch provides different rate chart.
Please don't hesitate to write critical review against them. Taking lots of money, they ruins our sweet memories...
