I also liked the professional handling and personal touch shown by Rohit and Amit. Overall a smooth experience and clicking a photo in the end was a nice gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what to say about the reviews written for this store. I personally decided to visit this store by seeing the good reviews. I already seen the online quotation for an average condition car and the same has been quoted and confirmed on phone also.
Although I was aware of this kind of trick which online B2B companies usage to increase the visits on their store. But I got confused with good reviews.
When I reached there, after inspection they offered me less than 1/3rd of what they have quoted. I asked and they were not able tell any problem in the car. I was socked how they were not able to give me a reasonable price.
I sold my car in out market in more than double price what they offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked used car later on I have to cancel due to some reason...sales person are not bother to return booking amount which is highly disappointed as car Dekho is claiming return policy within 7 days but here no policy adhered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly dissatisfied, with customer care and, the agent took 50 minutes for valuations , clicked all the pictures and all document pics as well and mentioned valuation will get the valuation by evening same day. He will submit the report instantly . Form Sunday evening till now today Tuesday I have not received any single call upon valuation. No Update is given on bidding . They are just wasting time. Dont have any tie ups for selling the cars. today on Tuesday CC mentioned after 5 day if bidding is not happening then we will again come for Valuation. ( Wastage Of Time )
I am going to File Police complaint since they took pictures of car and all documents . I don't want any risk factor.

They have not got the transfer done for car RC even after 18 months of selling my car. Highly unprofessional.
I have already contacted you few times but no resolution.
Editing again on 5th April 2022 - They have been lying for last 2.5 years. The sold my car to local dealer and then that dealer sold to another individual within 15 days after I sold my car to them. They also lost the original RC and not their local dealer is absconding. Don't trust Gaadi.com to sell your car or you would repent for long long time. They still not got the RC done and constantly lying everytime I sent the email to them. I will.lodge a complaint against Gaadi.com to local police.
