Professional behaviour. Adequate office. Currently they don't have any sign-board on the road or building. The office is located inside Echoing Green building at second floor.

Not recommended, if you want to sell your vehicle then try some other places to get better prices.

Looks like wrong evaluation was done for my car computators provided me 3 times higher price.

This review is for Cars24 Wakad office. And specifically about selling my car (why i mention this is because buying is a big headache with them). This office branch doesnot facilitate buying of cars. I recently sold my MP registered car through wakad office. Due to some personal reasons vehicle was with me in Pune. The overall experience from inspection to sale was amazing and quite satisfying. I would recommend all to atleast visit once to check for the price offering. 1. Why I chose Cars24? Peace of mind is the first thing that you should always consider. Any car registered in your name can become a nightmare if it gets into wrong hands or, gets into an accident. As the legal liability will come to you if it was not transfered by the buyer. Cars24 does proper legal paper work. I would anyday choose peace of mind even if I get slightly lessor price for my vehicle. Btw i got a more than expected price for my vehicle. 2. Process - Cars24 team inspects the vehicle and puts in for auction. What i liked was that they immediately share the inspection report with you. So you have a fair sense of what price to expect (they already share price range at the time of booking). Then the car is put up for auction with registered dealers. The whole auction takes about 30 to 45 mins and you are given a price . I must say the cars24 people very carefully explain to you all aspects of the sale. While i was there i noticed some people trying to use cars24 price in olx and other forums to get better deals. Nothing wrong with it but still i would prefer peace of mind. 3. Office and Cars24 employees - I generally look for the junior staff and their behaviour. It turned out they all seemed happy and quite enjoying their work. Its a big reflection on any company. You are sitting very close to them and can hear auctions and negotiations going on. It all gives you positive vibes. Lots of transparency. 4. Price - its always subjective. I would say always be realistic and check out dealer prices on olx or, other forums. Discount that by atleast 50k to 150k depending on the model of your car. Brokers and others are here to make money. One can always sell it individually but then you loose peace of mind and believe me its not easy. I got a very good price for my vehicle. Infact better than what they had initially suggested as my car condition was very good. Overall a big smile and thumbs up to wakad cars24 team. Please note if ur planning to visit avoid weekends as there is lot of rush. Although i didnot see an iota of rudeness from anyone there even on weekend. Hope this helps others.

Sold off my car within 24 hours and for almost the expected price, just because of ease of process and a professional individual, Ankit Dwivedi from Wakad branch. Process was explained in detail which gave me confidence to make quick decision. Extremely satisfied with the service..

No... Won't recommend cars 24 to anyone. Its better to go with local dealers rather than Cars 24...They are not direct dealers also, and you just add on another level when u deal with them.

Poor service and attitude. Olx auto offered me double price and local dealer offered even 3 times than that of cars24. Wasted 2 hours with cars 24 on inspection and 1.5 hour on waiting as inspector didn’t arrive on given time.

Cars24 has the worst post sales service. It’s practically impossible for you to connect with them for any complaint of query. You login to their app for any query and it asks you to call it’s 1800 helpline. You call helpline and you get transferred from one person to another and all competing with each other to provide the worst in service. I had sold my car in oct and I got a challan of ₹1000 in nov for speed driving from traffic police. Wonder who was driving and now I am struggling to raise a complaint and get answers. This is just on of many examples !!
