They didn't inform me or asked me to choose from other options. When I asked them, they said "Business World has stopped taking content as a part of their editorial decisions". They should at least inform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, it is the whole atmosphere here. Here, in the marketing team and in fact throughout the company, the people recognise that you are all in the same situation. As a result, the environment in the office is extremely cheerful. They assist and encourage you when they can, and you have the chance to do the same. Everything is fine. There are clients from Fintech, so it's not all bad, but their portfolio is a little monogamous. Which, to be honest, doesn't seem to be the case with the newest BFSI and Fintech clients. It's a test that I enjoy.

As a part of the Web Development team, I enjoy how management, whether VP or MD, is always available to chat with you about any issues you may be having. The work environment is friendly and the hierarchy is flat. You are aware that individuals do their jobs to the best of their ability. This type of behaviour encourages you to follow and bring out your best in your work. That's precisely what you do. This drive is boosted when you earn recognition, such as quarter workers, best employee of the year etc... The assignment is challenging because it is an advertising agency and it caters to a wholesome, end to end solution. As a result, you'll have to work longer hours on occasion. You should take a few days off for yourself. People who work hard, on the other hand, can receive overtime as well as other important benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a part of SRV’s SM team for a while. I do enjoy the environment, the ambience, and the support, but I enjoy my work much more. It's as quick and as difficult as you'd expect from a media company. There is more room for advancement here than I could have imagined. However, there is a drawback to all of this. Because of the fast-paced nature of the business, there is frequently no space for error. You don't get grilled or anything, but every mistake you make is obvious. As a result, you must remain vigilant and cautious at all times. However, it is excellent preparation for your future.
