★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the payment counter loots people of their money.In my case we sold jewellery for x amount and purchased from senco where in the purchased jewellery was 20rs less.so I am supposed to get back rs.20 or even a credit note of rs.20, but I was not provided with anything when asked the cash counter guy laughted and ignored my valid request .????
This is not expected from Senco Gold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a valuable customer of Senco for last 8 yrs I had visited their so called mega showroom in West Bengal for the first time.
As a mega showroom it's not the best jewelery showroom. The collection is very limited in number. The collection of MANTASHA & Chocker & others is extremely low... Its just 4 in number... Strange....can u just believe it.
The below 15 gms collection of gold jewelery is also very very minimal... Not like a mega showroom. But their above 30 gms collection is very good.
The behaviour of the staffs are very good.
Another important negative thing is the billing section.... Its just pathetic.. It's taking almost 25 minutes to 40 minutes for just the billing & you have to stand in a que like railway ticket counter..... Which is just outdated & frustrating.
Senco should improve it.

I like to specially thank Mr. Debasish Das who approached with utmost professionalism and shared all the details about the jewelleries. At the end of they we were very happy to buy the ornaments we were looking for with Debasish's guidance and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store today and bought some jewelleries but faced really bad customer service. The staffs( first floor)first observes whether the customer will buy or not, then accordingly they decide to offer their complimentary drinks.. The most irritating moment was created by them when one staff from center section whispered weirdly to the staffs of necklace section that whether we will buy or not and they told something in which one replied "tai toh bolchi" expressing displeasure to offer the service to us. At one point I thought of not buying from them and walk to nearby store but I had "Swarna yojna scheme" matured and no time to go to other stores. The behavior dramatically changed when they had the confidence that we are buying from them and offered their range of complimentary drinks and in that moment one manager came and everyone stood as if they were giving us satisfactory service.
Really disappointed with the staff behavior and decided not to renew the scheme from them. In comparison to the staffs behavior of this store, Siliguri Senco is best in offering best customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy with staff behaviour. They first seen whether I am purchasing or not and at what value. Then at the end they offer water/ tea etc. However this things I have not seen with other customer. I am really curious to know the reason and deciding factor of approaching different customer differently like this. When they saw I am buying with a pretty high amount their behaviour changed. How funny . Never faced this sort of behaviour with any other Jewellery showroom. One cup coffe/ tea don't mean anything to anyone but this type of approaches matters a lot in terms of customers re visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making charges is really high, please don't fall in trap with these brand. I went to purchase some jewellery, it's making charges was 24%. I can't believe my for a while. Didn't purchase the item. Also I will recommend you not to visit. There are so many shops will provide you same item will less making charges.
