★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency. I had to trabel to daltonganj and the bus broke down before the journey began and it was substituted with a third class bus and then the journey to hell began. I highly recommend not to use this bus servive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks. Their buses to Ranchi are biggest torture you can think of. They will even overbook their buses and half the journey will be with the chikchik of those unfortunate passengers. Avoid it.
