The only good thing about this company was that guy who sold the ticket was really helping ne out..
The rest is so so lame.
First the guy that alnost could not speak no english, ask me 50rs+ for finding out where is the pick up location. Later on, 10 mins before departure he said that its not right location, and that he will get me there will cost 150rs more. So he literally took all the money i had in my wallet. 50+120 i payed him when we got to the bus
Bus itself also not for 1000rs ride. A/c was either to cold or not working at all. Driver turned it off after 2-3 hours of ride. So it became imposible to sleep. Bus is full covered in film, which says: remove withing 45 days, the bus of course is way older, even on the good road it was shaking...
Loud music was almost all the things me from the speakers. Imposible to sleep, to loud to listen.
More over bus was not going streight bto Patna like it was in my ticket. I had to change the bus around 5 am (4am was promised an arrival to Patna).

Laughing at womens very rude and rash behaviour by whole staff traveller agency is worst

Can't even imagine still this kind off tarveller why redbus is also supporting ..
Uncleanned seats....bukwas the bus tarveller agency....yakkkka....
