Location is quite good, developing area, good connectivity, high priced flats, only 2bhk options available, i like to share priced here if any one needed.

They have very poor plan with regards to parking space as 95 units are there and they have only approx 75 numbers of car parking..Now selling flats in low prize ranges to attract customers...but think twice before buying property as u won't get appreciation without parking other wise floor plan is very good

as per locality project hardly 100 mtr from highway, as per price best, as per construction best, only concern is parking, which is not available for last few available flats. Overall best.

Visited the site quality of constructions was very good and Sales staff was polite also met with builder very humble person. Few Flats remaining but unfortunately without parking but builder is providing 2 wheeler parking and i feel they are quite fair to reduce the price of flats upto 12 lakhs and make it affordable 2 BHK. I was planning to buy 1 BHK with my budget but now plan to buy 2 BHK. A Must Visit for those are looking for affordable 2 BHK

Amazing construction quality. Total inventory of 95 flats with well thought out layout considering customer preferences. The builder is very good natured. We initially had a budget of 1 bhk but he helped us get our first owned home and that too 2bhk within our budget. There are three options of parking available and we went for a two wheeler parking as that option put the flat in our budget. The sales staff are supportive and helped us arrange finances from banks and assisted us in the documentation also.
