Well in that case, according to the HR policy the salary should be credited by 7th of every month but this has never happened. Employees have to ping the boss 10 times and then the salary is credited by 10-12th of every month. Also they never release the employee with an experience letter and the hold salary they use to deduct during the first month after joining. This is totally unprofessional.

1. Poor Management.
2.Poor Ambience.
3.CCTV Camera + Voice Recording like prisoners.
4.Salary deduction of 15 days from the first month in name of security, forgot the company will ever return your money.
5.No respect for employees, you will be treated like daily workers in your building.

I think the company's future is not bright. If you are fresher please do not go there because there is no option to gain knowledge. MDs are arrogant and do not have the manner to deal with new employees. Salary is one of the biggest issues as there is no fixed date to pay salary. You can expect your salary after every 12th date of the month. Pathetic!

This organization won't ever develop with MD Kanika Arora. She is so unprofessional and Rude.
I was working there for 2 Months. They don't know how to deal with new employees. The MD Kanika Arora are all manner less. They have terminated employees without and solid reason. They didn't give me my salary. They do not know SEO and digital marketing. Only Fresher or few month experience employees working there.
In the end, I personally wish to tell each one of you that please do not go there because there is no option to gain knowledge poor management. I just want to aware all of you guys if you want to know more you can contact me personally on my LinkedIn account.
One more thing MD Kanika Arora always said to new employees is that all of the negative reviews are fake no one can courage to put a review on him personally I'd. So miss Kanika Arora here I'm putting a review on my personal I'd now I'm just curious about what you will do now.
I saw the first time a person (MD Kanika Arora) who reaches up personal level on the employee and abuse on next level if anybody leaves her company due to poor Ambience.
