★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sephora outlet is better than the one at Phoenix Marketcity. More products in stock but testers of popular products are always empty. Staff attitude is a better but they need training about the products.
If you are going to just purchase the products, this is a good option. But going to try a swatch or enquire about a product, it is a hit or miss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy perfumes. This lovely lady helped me out with a Dior perfume which smells incredible.
However the store is really hot which is kinda irritating while shopping for perfumes and even for storage. I have been to Sephora stores abroad, only the Indian stores are hot and have no air conditioning on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sephora Forum Mall Bangalore refused to exchange an item I had already exchanged once the day before, saying their exchange policy didn’t allow two exchanges, even though I went back with the sealed item and receipt the very next day. The exchange policy stated behind the receipt didn’t have this clause at all and even if it did, it doesn’t make any sense. It seemed like they made up the clause and were unwilling to help. Now I’m out of 7000 rupees and stuck with something I cant even use. Very bad customer service.
