Service is very good all token counter operates properly every where you will find boards and hoardings to get your Destination easily and the doctor's of the hospital are very humble and if you ever visited a government hospital on Monday you would be aware of the situation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanliness maintained there did surprise me at the first visit. For a govt hospital, it is well maintained. As for the services, I have only availed the OPD services so far (hope to never visit for other purposes), and there's nothing much to complain about. Although, standing in a queue for minutes/hours, can indeed irk some people, I feel there can be a better arrangement in place to avoid such unpleasant experiences, in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's now unveiled with all brand new equipment. The new building is decorated with all modern systems and every opportunity are available here. All security staff is very friendly and supportive. I have noticed one problem that, outdoor Doctors are visiting their chamber too late. It's isn't a good sign for patients. Because they are standing at out side all the time for Doctors early visit and for better treatment but they don't.

If your condition is worsening, and you need better care, once try contacting SHRAMAJIBI HOSPITAL, instead of WALSH.
Walsh has undoubtedly got superior infrastructure, they elongate the process, and the nursing staffs are not good. Shramajibi is way better place.
I am specifying GALLSTONE because it is my personal experience, where I have seen my mother receiving better treatment when we took her to Shramajibi, from Walsh. ***The review does not intend to compare, but to support the patients and their family members with facts.***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally I've given 5 out of 5 stars rating. If possible, I would like to give them some more stars. Thanks to West Bengal state government to synchronize such a beautiful atmosphere with qualified staffs (doctors, nurses, clerical) and this is the face of our government in recent days. Cleanliness is next to Godliness as per English proverbs, here they make it true. Fantastic rooms with good pathways and exclamatory services. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 3, because in terms of excellence in services, the hospital is good. It has got advanced equipment, infrastructure, and support from government, however, these are not implemented efficiently because of carelessness of the staffs. No doubt, the doctors and other medical experts are good, but you have to keep patience throughout the process. Most of the nurses and attendents (not all, but most) are unaware of professionalism, and they are not empathetic to patients. They are irresponsible because they think it is a government service, and their jobs are secured.
I would thank the government for such an initiative, and request to conduct regular hospital inspections and monitoring to resolve these issues associated with carelessness of nursing staffs.
