β β β β β Such a pathetic service there aren't any technical engineer's. Submitted the device physically damage display broken, changed display but didn't give systematic invoice just gave manually bill written by ink there's no service tax. No service charge so be aware.. also damaged device receiver, complaint regarding receiver manager said there's no any issue in reciever. So we cannot change. Thumbs down man?

Low quality service Having bad experience they charges 650 rupees for changing the charging port of moto g3 with old one (as I m watching their work)which is not working properly they said mobile ko churna pdega I said wapas kr do nhi churwana mobile then they change with another ordinary seal packed port and it's work properly.
Then I asked ab nhi churna pdega kya thik kaise ho gya. Without warranty they give me my mobile then I asked they said they give the warranty for it and lastly they give for one month warranty.
I don't thik so it is authorised or not.
Now this time again charging port not working. I found that service centre at google map so I go through it.
Now I change that port at ordinary mobile repair shop @rs 90 only.

β β β β β On the name of warranty they cheat their customers first of all they will provide duplicate products and say will provide warranty for 3 months and later when you ask for that they will say Jo krna krlo change nhi hoga.. complete gundagardi type non professionals without any manners.. their products are fake and useless same as the fellows running shop are

It seems the answer was made to judge the Asus sales service in India and how would I rate it down?
The first thing is I did know Asus was not good in providing after-sales support. However, due to the low budget, I am bound to buy the cheapest i5β6th gen R558u two years back. Although I purchase it from the Authorized Asus partner here in my city. I am glad to have made a good choice.
After using the laptop for 8 months. One day the Laptop did not turn on and I have to find the other way around to inform the customer care of the issue.
They asked me if I want an onsite or offsite service. I choose the first one and after sharing the address, the service guy came to my house in less than 10 days and repaired it well.
Again, after 1 year my keyboard stopped working. Tried different things like installing the OS but it seems the hardware has got the fault.
Again filled a replacement for the product, in a similar manner complaint launched for onsite warranty and this time both my laptop hinge & Keyboard got replaced with a new one.
**My verdict**
I am more than happy with the Laptop as well as the support. No matter if it's a 3rd party or owned by Asus. The service guys did have knowledge about Laptop parts replacement and it seems theyβre doing the

They would only provide you bills to prove their originality, other than that the materials fitted or changed for service are all duplicate copies for which they would charge a hefty amount

β β β β β Not so useful, I repaired my Motorola from there and they fix samsung charging pin instead Motorola. Which cost me 400.
After 3 month same problem faced when I goto other they told me that.
Now my phone feel quiet well

β β β β β I got the battery of Moto G5 replaced from here. The work was done. No job sheet or receipt was provided (my mistake that I trusted them to be genuine). The battery started giving miserable backup within a month. In the absence of any receipt, they flatly refused that battery was replaced by them!
Would never re-visit.
