★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S J Poddar Academy is a mediocre school in the Malad East, Upper Govind Nagar periphery. Sita Kumar, the Principal of the school is highly incompetent and non deserving. Not suitable to manage an English medium school. Many reviews below has assigned 5 star rating to the school, if you dig details about the person who rated here, you will find out that all of them are teachers in the school. It seems the school administration asked its teachers to rate 5 star deliberately. Its a sham and reflects how low the school and the principal could go in their conduct. Beware...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best schools in the Mumbai Suburbs. It comprises excellent teaching staff, caring maids and peons, an accessible management and a compassionate Principal.
It also boasts of a big playground, a well equipped laboratory, a stacked library, airconditioned classrooms with smart boards and cctvs at every nook and corner of the school. With co curricular and extra curricular activities buzzing round the year, this school is the best school for children. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two children are studying In this school. Even after paying 50% fees school has not shared results and also stopped online education. School management is very oragant. They are not bothered to give reply to the parents letter and not ready to meet also. Teachers are doing only Vasuli job. Last year syllabus also not completed 100%. Even though they need 100% fees without doing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S J Poddar Academy is an average School with insensitive Trustees and highly incompetent Principal. My kids have studied in this school and I have observed that the school management and the teachers work in tandem to promote certain students only at the cost of killing genuine talents. All the extra-curricular activities are fixed, no matter if your ward has done well or not, the teachers would promote the favourites identified by them. In simple terms this school is absolutely unfair and subjects young kids to biased environment, which results in impacting the naïve mind.
Parents who understand my point, kindly avoid this school immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst school and worst staff. All the time they supposed to complain of your child. Principle is very arrogant and she talk to parents like she's a prime minister of the country. All they need is fees on time rest they dont even care what's going on. Teachers are like participating in race they have complete their syllabus what kid is doing they don't bother about.
Blaming kids and parents all the time.
Activities zero.
Study zero.
Way of talking worst.
