★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought a flat here. It goes without saying, get everything in writing when you are dealing with builder. If you trust and rely on their sales person, at the end they will show you tiny foot note on the Boucher, "all images are representative". So the quality of the furnished flat and sizes of furniture are disappointing and they have one answer for everything, Bouchers and sample flats are only for display and not exact representation of what we are selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m one of the resident of the building developed by this builder... The water pipeline system in the building is out of this world... One of 10 flushing lines bust every 15 days... No car tower parking yet even if it has been 4 years since part OC... No full OC yet... Regret taking a flat in the building developed by this builder... One of the duct area on the ground floor has been converted into commercial space despite reservations of flat owners...
Any prospective buyer of any existing & future Sethia developed building should trend with caution... The builder Sethia Infrastructure doesn't care about their brand name & only interested in getting money...

The last project Kalpavruksh Heights, Kandivali West has filled cases on the developer for not delivering as commitment and risking life’s of owners staying there. Please invest your hard earned money in good projects..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience of Sethia builder. Bad quality of construction as well as no parking tower construction as per plan. The whole Kalpavruksh heights projects at safety stakes. They don't worry about their promises they only meant for thier money. Even 1 star is not qualified for them.
